I set off on this journey out of a lifelong respect for small and medium-sized companies. As the son of immigrants, I grew up watching my parents work hard and make sacrifices to pursue the American dream. That upbringing gave me a deep respect for the men and women running local businesses and providing people in their communities with a chance to chase their own version of that dream.

I'll be upfront: I don't have decades of water treatment experience. What I do have is 10+ years of helping small and medium-sized businesses grow, building trust with teams way smarter than me, and leading initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations. Throughout these experiences, I've learned that the simplest things are often the most important: show up, solve problems, and leave things better than you found them. I started my career working with water and wastewater utilities, so I have some familiarity and a real appreciation for the importance of managing this precious resource. Thankfully, I've come a long way since my first visit to a wastewater treatment plant in dress shoes. Luckily, they were brown.

Over the past year, I've been deeply focused on understanding water treatment. Riding along on service routes, asking (probably obvious) questions in technical training sessions, and talking with people doing the work: owners who built their company from scratch, technicians and engineers who are the face of those companies, and customers who rely on your expertise.

Originally from Virginia, I now live in Matthews, North Carolina, with my wife and two kids. We are up for adventure and would relocate permanently to where your company is based.

When I'm not working, you'll find me training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks and Washington Commanders, and attempting to make homemade pizza...all guaranteed to keep my ego in check.
